Home Gym Design Specialization

How long will I have to complete the course?

You will have 1 year from the day of enrollment to complete the course and take your final exam.

Do I have to renew this qualification?

No, you do not need to renew your NASM Home Gym Design specialization. Once you pass your final exam, your certificate never expires.

What if I do not pass the final exam?

Don't worry! You'll have 3 attempts to pass the final exam, and you can purchase additional retests by calling NPTA Student Care Support at 1-778-949-6782.

How many CEUs sis the course worth and which organizations accept them?

NASM-HGD is approved for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by the following organizations:

NASM: 0.7 CEUs

AFAA: 7 CEUs

How is the final exam administered?

The final exam is administered online within your student portal. It consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and 90 minutes for completion. You must score a 70% or higher to pass and you will have 3 attempts.

We understand the cost of your education can be a concern, but we don’t want you to compromise quality for costs. NPTA has partnered with Elective to offer flexible payment plans.

How is NPTA affiliated with NASM?

NPTA is the official Canadian partner of NASM. Our mission is to help our students become NASM-certified personal trainers at the most affordable rate. Upon graduation, NPTA offers an in-person apprenticeship program to assist newly certified in breaking the personal training industry under the guidance of our top trainers.
