NPTA™ CHECKOUT AGREEMENT 

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the NPTA™ Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Financing Agreement.

You acknowledge that this is a legally binding agreement.

1. DIGITAL EDUCATION TERMS

You understand that NPTA™ provides online education programs and that:

• All content is for personal educational use only

• Access is granted digitally upon enrollment

• Results such as certification, employment, or income are not guaranteed

2. REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All Pay As You Learn purchases are strictly non-refundable

• Learn Now Pay Later includes a 7-day cancellation request window only (subject to eligibility)

• After access or eligibility periods, all sales are final

• A 5% administrative fee applies to all approved refunds (where applicable)

• Attempting final exams or assessments voids refund eligibility

3. LEARN NOW, PAY LATER (FINANCING DISCLOSURE)

If you selected Learn Now, Pay Later, you agree that:

• Financing is provided by a third-party provider

• NPTA™ is not a lender and does not control credit approval or repayment terms

• The initial payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances

• Cancellation requests must be submitted to NPTA™ within 5 days of purchase

If approved:

• Future payments will be requested to be stopped with the provider

• Financing obligations remain active until confirmed cancelled by the provider

4. PAY AS YOU LEARN (INSTALLMENT ACCESS)

If you selected Pay As You Learn, you agree that:

• Access is only granted after 2 successful payments

• This option is strictly non-refundable

• Cancellation of access does not cancel payment obligations

• Missed payments may result in suspension of access

5. DIGITAL ACCESS + WAIVER OF REFUND RIGHTS

You acknowledge that:

• Digital access begins immediately or upon payment eligibility

• Once access is granted, refund eligibility may be lost

• You are purchasing immediate access to digital educational content

6. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You agree that:

• All disputes must first be submitted directly to NPTA™ at info@npta.ca

• Initiating a chargeback without contacting NPTA™ first may be considered a breach of agreement

• All records of access, login activity, and usage may be used as proof of service delivery

7. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms, Policies, and Agreements referenced herein
• You understand the refund restrictions and financing terms associated with your selected payment option
• You understand that your purchase may be partially or fully non-refundable
• You authorize immediate access to digital educational content
• You understand that proceeding through checkout constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this legally binding agreement
